How to Find out the port/signal name which is connected to a particular input in a block

Consider the below image, I would like to find out the port/Signal name connected to the input xIdx using commands.

Below image is the one level up subsystem of the above image, I would like to know the command that finds out the name 'Temp_inp'.

Can be done in two steps:

signals = get_param(block,'InputSignalNames');
signals{double(string(get_param(block,'Port')))}

where "block" is the handle of the Inport inside the subsystem.
