Use a trained SVM classifier to classify 100 images to determine speed and accuracy

I have trained several of these classifiers on my dataset. I have the trained classifiers saved in my workspace. I want to know what function can I use to classify random 100 images from my datastore (which has 9000+ images) using my trained classifier and get an accuracy score for each image along with the time it took per image.

How do I do this?
