3D integration warning: min step size reached

Hello,

i am trying to calculate the numerical integration of an 3d integration are but i keep getting the following warning at a few integration points.While the number of field point where the error occurs increases if i decrease the error tolerances abstol and reltol:

Warning: Minimum step size reached near x = 0.001. There may be a singularity, or the tolerances may be too tight for this problem

I have checked the function and it has no singularities (and a can get fewer of these error field points by increasing the error tolerance)

I would be glad if someone could help me.
