Calculate end user throughput & downlink in FDD LTE?

Hi everybody, now I have problem with LTE base station. I want to know the QoS metric of a base station. Does anyone know how to calculate downlink and throughput of end user from a base station? here the base station is FDD LTE base station that consists of three bands or channels (900, 1800 & 2600 Mhz).
