Failed to start a parallel pool.

I faced an error with parpool.
The error is below :
Error using parpool (line 104)
Failed to start a parallel pool. (For information in addition to the causing error, validate the profile 'local' in the Cluster Profile Manager.)
Caused by:
Error using parallel.internal.pool.InteractiveClient>iThrowWithCause (line 666)
Failed to start pool.
Error using parallel.Cluster/createCommunicatingJob (line 95)
ICU error: get canonical time zone ID, err='U_ILLEGAL_ARGUMENT_ERROR'.
What should I do to solve it?

I solved it from https://www.mathworks.com/support/bugreports/1539123.
workaround :
ln -sf /usr/share/zoneinfo/Asia/Seoul /etc/localtime
