A simple loop with indexing will do the trick. But in this case you can also use the normal matrix multiplication

A=[1 3 0;2 3 3;2 2 5;3 1 6;4 0 4];
B=[1 5 6 2 6 4;3 6 7 4 7 5;5 3 8 5 8 3;5 2 9 6 3 7;6 6 3 2 1 3];

for k=1:size(A,2)
    C(:,k)=sum(A(:,k).*B);
end
C

C = 6×3
