I would like to know if there are any functions to perform a numerical Laplace Transform.

There are no functions to perform a numerical Laplace Transform, or a numerical inversion of the Laplace Transform.
If you are looking to perform a numerical inversion of the Laplace Transform, you can try using the customer-contributed code, "invlap.m". You can download this file from the bottom of the page.
