Revolute Sim Mechanics Constraint

Is there a way to constrain a body that is revolving by connecting some sort of constraint block to revolute? I need to constrain a see saw like device (cad model imported) from 58 to 122 degrees.

U can use 'saturation' block robert for this purpose :)
