Matlabfrag Permission Denied

I am running matlabfrag in a script, however sometimes I get:
??? Error using ==> print at 364
.\SDFSDRMean.eps: Cannot open file: permission denied.
Error in ==> matlabfrag at 216
print(p.Results.handle,'-depsc2','-loose',dpiswitch,'-painters',FileName);
The folder it is trying to write to is on a network drive that I am allowed to write to and am set to administrator.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Network drive... Is that Microsoft Networking or is it NFS (networked file system) ? Privileged access is designed not to work over NFS.

It is is NFS, well it is writing to a (synced for offline files) file store. It's weird because it works some times. I do have a physical drive on my computer, would it likely work if I shipped all my stuff onto there?
(Will have to try on Monday)

If you are accessing as root (or equivalent) for NFS then your access is only permitted if the anonymous user is permitted that access.
If, however, you are accessing as a non-root (or equivalent) user, then there are other authentication mechanisms and you can potentially get access as a real user.
You might to scan through the following previous topic, in which someone encountered permission problems over NFS:
