Digitize_Plotted_Data

Extract data points from a plot

Instructions:

• Run the script and select an image of the plot
• Enter the values of the x and y boundaries of the data
• Specify if the x and y axes are logarithmic
• Click on any point with x = xmin
• Click on any point with x = xmax
• Click on any point with y = ymin
• Click on any point with y = ymax
• Click on the data points you want to digitize and press enter when done
• If you want, save the data as a .txt file by writing the filename without extension

Note: the script needs the function ginput2.m
