setSPMversion(vers) sets the SPM version to VERS, where VERS is either 99, 2, or 5 (only these three versions currently supported)

NOTES:
1. The user must specify the directories in this function. Refer to the commented code in setSPMversion.m at the bookmark: "BEGIN USER INPUT".

2. Although other SPM versions' directories are removed from the path, this function does not affect defualt settings; path changes are reverted after quitting MATLAB.

Tested on PC and UNIX, MATLAB R13 and R14
