SPS models of an On-Board Charger (OBC) for Electrical Vehicle (EV).
EV manufacturers have designed various types of converters to build their on-board chargers. In this publication, we have included three SPS examples simulating a popular topology:
- A Totem-Pole Bridgeless PFC topology for the AC-DC converter
- A Full Bridge LLC Resonant topology for the isolated DC-DC converter
- A 7.2-kW OBC built using the two converters above
