Automatic quantification of abdominal subcutaneous and visceral adipose tissue, through MRI study, using Total Intensity Maps and CNNs
An automatic, simple, and reproducible methodology for quantifying ASAT and VAT in children was proposed based on the analysis of what we called Total Intensity Maps and 2D CNNs.
Trained CNNs are included within the zip file.
