The AlGaSb Ternary Phase Diagram and its Application to Solution Growth

The ternary phase diagram of the Al-Ga-Sb system was calculated in the whole domain of compositions on the basis of the simple solution model. AlGaSb_PhaseDiagram is a GUI wich can be used to grow epitaxial layers by means of Liquid Phase Epitaxy. The method for computing the AlGaSb phase diagram can be easily used to calculate different ternary III-V phase diagrams of other semiconductor alloys.
