Resample spectra for the reflectance of various common remote sensing devices

Matlab function to calculate resampled spectral for the reflectance bands of various multispectral sensors. This function can resample spectra for Landsat TM5, Landsat ETM+, MODIS Terra reflectance bands (1-7), SPOT, ASTER, AVHRR 2/3, IKONOS, Quickbird, CBERS CCD&IRMSS, SeaWiFS and IRS LISS & WIFS. Bands are simple linear averages over the spectral range of each channel. Data can be either reflectance, transmittance or absorption, but will typically be used for the reflectance. A sample multiple spectrum file for Amazonian plants is included in resample_data.mat.
