Application of ANN toolbox to ALFC for a single area system
Application of ANN toolbox to ALFC for a single area system has been done in this simulation. Standard parameters have been selected to represent the governor, turbine, and generator coupled to the power system. An ANN controller has been trained as a PI controller, using the Neural network toolbox.
- Transient dip has been reduced to half
- Time required for stabilization has also been reduced to half.
