In this simulation a new MPPT approach called "Extremum Seeking Control (ESC)" has been simulated and the ability of this algorithm in finding the peak power point of a PV panel has been tested. According to various researchers, a well tuned ESC has a better efficiency compared to other MPPT algorithms like P&O or IC. This simulation needs c-compiler (to setup a c-compiler in your matlab use mex -setup).
