Legende-Gauss-Radau Nodes and Weights

Computes the Legendre-Gauss-Radau nodes and weights.

This script computes the nodes and weights for Legendre-Gauss-Radau quadrature as well as the LGR-vandermonde matrix for spectral collocation methods. The nodes are the zeros of P_N(x)+P_{N+1}(x), which includes a fixed abcissa at x=-1. See also my scripts for Gauss and Lobatto quadrature using Legendre polynomials.
