The program can be run in two different modes. The GUI mode is started by running the program without any input argument. In this case the required parameters and the output options are all specified in the GUI. Help about the GUI mode is available by pressing the Help button.
Alternatively, the program can be run in command prompt mode according to the following syntax:
[r0,j]=roForFret(options)
where r0 and j are the R0 and the overlap integral, respectively.
More help is available about the options by typing "help r0ForFret" at the command prompt.
