The code works fine. The data points need to be numbered 1 through 50. You can see where I tried to use 'ObsLabels',num2cell(1:50)' to label the points in the figure. I placed a % in front of each location I am trying to use ObsLabels to label the points. Any 50x4 matrix of numbers in an Excel spreadsheet will work for this demonstration. Deciding to use the Iris Setosa data was arbitrary. Any information on how to add to this code so that the sample number appears with each symbol in the Bi-plots would be much appreciated.
