Plot and export ground motion parameters

Plot and export as text file ground motion parameters

This function plots ground motion parameters on a single page and saves them as a figure file as well as saves a *.txt file with a table of the ground ground motion parameters. Specifically, it plots acceleration, velocity, displacement, and Arias intensity vs time, the pseudo-acceleration response spectrum, and the Fourier amplitude spectrum.
