This code can help us to generate an approximately ideal time-frequency representation for strongly non-stationary signals. It has a high TF resolution. Meanwhile, it allows for signal reconstruction. It is very simple, but very effective. I do believe I am closer and closer to break the Heisenberg uncertainty principle.
