The McsMatlabDataTools allow you to import HDF5 files created by Multi Channel Systems MCS software into Matlab and offer some basic plotting functions for the data. It supports files exported to HDF5 by the Multi Channel DataManager software and files created by CMOS-MEA-Control and CMOS-MEA-Tools.
