Generates C/A-code given PRN in range 1 to 210. Based on Code Phase Assignments tables which appear in IS-GPS-200H.
Note: The two-tap coder implementation method is not used here due to its limitation in generating C/A-code sequences for higher order PRNs (>37). Alternatively, we are using the "First 10 Chips" and derive from it the “Initial G2 Setting”. See detailed note in IS-GPS-200H 6.3.6.1.
