This program creates compressed BMP file using RLE8.
Notes :
• the header is BITMAPINFOHEADER (40 bytes).
• it works on 8 bits per pixel images (with or without colormap).
• it works on 24 bits per pixel images by turning them to indexed images.
• the colormap size must be 256 x 3.
