Switches all blocks referencing one user library to reference other user library

Switches all blocks referencing one user library to reference other user library.
E.G:
Suppose I have a Simulink model MODEL which has blocks BLOCK_1...BLOCK_N that reference some user library USERLIB_OLD, I need to switch user library to USERLIB_NEW so that all block would new reference to it (and old library could be deleted, or renamed, for example). All that in a way that the SImulink model still functins.
So that's what this function does.
PS SHould work for ALL MATLAB releases.
