Lithium-Sulfur Equivalent Circuit Network Model
Lithium-sulfur batteries behave very differently from 'standard' lithium-ion batteries. This model - based on an equivalent circuit network whose parameters vary with state of charge - is intended to help engineers understand how lithium-sulfur behaves in practical applications. (It may well not account for every possible scenario, but we hope that it will still be very useful.) This File Exchange item is a Simulink representation of the models developed in the paper 'Multi-temperature state-dependent equivalent circuit discharge model for lithium-sulfur batteries' accepted by the Journal of Power Sources on July 23, 2016. The original paper is published at http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.jpowsour.2016.07.090. (This model is based on the work of all the authors of that paper.)
