Simplified implementation of GA / Genetic Algorithm. Programs Solves Max no of Ones in Chromosomes
--> 10-Chromosomes with each one with 6 genes & Chromosome with max number of 1's Wins, also the assumption is 1-bit Mutation per Chromosome per iteration.
