JPG image to EIDORS finite element model data via linear interpolation
Matlab based Electrical Impedance Tomography software EIDORS is needed to test these functions. Pattern from jpeg image is transformed into EIDORS finite element conductivity data using scatteredInterpolant. The user can adjust desired minimum and maximum conductivity needed for eidors image. The title picture explains everything. For testing, a 2D Geophysical model from tutorials was chosen but function should work for any eidors model.
