this script is a basic solution that finds all words between 4 and 9 characters in input string of 9 characters in less than 29 seconds.
Lots of coding refinements are possible from here, but no need to wonder whether the best match was found, run this script and find out all possible words, under the compulsory 29 seconds. Have fun.
