When U have a list of friends, U can divide them into pairs.
e.g.: y=pair({'Peter' 'Mary' 'Allen' 'Rose' 'U'})

When U have a list of works and a list of staff name, U can assign works randomly.
e.g.: y=pair({'Peter' 'Mary' 'Allen' 'Rose'},{'sweep the floor', 'clean the windows', 'wash the dishes'})
