Verbosity Printer

Control verbosity of fprintf(). Objects of this class can be substituted for a file identifier in fprintf to limit or suppress output.

This class provides a means for controlling verbosity in fprintf statements. It's meant to be a drop in replacement for a file identifier in fprintf but allows for suppressing or limiting output text.

My original use case for this was to test others' code where they rely heavily on fprintf where I do not want my command line cluttered.

This was developed in R2018b but may work in slightly older releases.
