Three phase STATCOM using D-Q control

Three phase VSI STATCOM supplying reactive power to R-L load

Three phase STATCOM inverter is driven using Sine PWM. The sine references are generated using a PLL and Harmonic oscillator. The closed loop control is implemented in synchronous reference frame.
Reactive power demand of the load is supplied by STATCOM in such a way that only active power is taken from the grid source.
