This function is written to calculate confidence interval (variable percentage) about, usually, the mean of a dateset but can be used for any number.

Input ->
a. 'n' = sample size
b. mean
c. standard deviation
d. type (option = 90, 95, 99)(enter as a value NOT string or char)
Output ->
1x2 double array [lower bound , upper bound]
