Blast Critical Distance (BCD)

Determine BCD with charge weight and admissible pressure.

Incident blast pressure is considered, though as acknowledged below, Reflected pressure values could be implemented for a response. The loop determines critical distance for any charge weight limited to the CONWEP values provided. Note that scaled distances further than 40m/kg^{1/3} produce negligible results.
