In system identification toolbox , when we estimate a transfer function, What is the method that used in Toolboxto estimate the transfer function ? Does it based on ARX,ARMAX,ARMA????

why the two outputs are different (fig from scope and the other from step output from command window) ..although the transfer function and the input are same in command window and simulink model (see two figures below that will be explain my question
