Oceanographer at Royal Belgian Institute of Natural Sciences November 1995 - Present Brussels Area, Belgium. Operational Directorate Nature - SUMO group: Suspended Matter Modeling and Monitoring. Through the use of AD(C)Ps, ADVs, LISSTs, CTD + OBS to obtain field data for validation of our mathematical models we try to simulate sand/mud resuspension/transport/settling in order to get to reduced dredging/dumping activities and study the impact of sand extraction on the Flemish banks (Belgian Continental Shelf).
