matlab takes FOREVER to start when the pc is not connected to the internet
I have 2015b and 2016a on a stand-alone PC with no internet connection. Starting either installation takes AGES the first time ...

Cannot connect to mathworks ... AND DONT WANT TO
Whenever I start up matlab 2015b it tries to contact Mathworks. The PC isn't connected to the internet, so a message pops up say...
