I want to convert the cell class into hex format 'uint8' but I have tried many method and fail badly.

If you want to convert the hex cell array into uint8:

Hx = {'00'
'00'
'00' 
'01
'67'
...
'C8'};
Hd = hex2dec(Hx);
H8 = uint8(Hd);
