HOW TO PLOT A GRAPH WITH A FUNCTION AND A CONSTANT

Can anybody please help me draw this graph using matlab to look like the figure shown bellow.
Dw<1.1 THEN Hu=cos(Dw)
Dw>1.1 Hu=.45

I recovered the removed content from the Google cache (something which anyone can do). Editing away your question is very rude. I believe the 0.45 value should actually be 0.35
syms t
Dw = 1.1;
Hu1 = cos(Dw*t)
Hu1 = 
Hu2 = 0.35;
figure
fplot(Hu1,[0 1.1])
hold on
fplot(Hu2, [1.1 2])
hold off
grid
ylim([0 1])
There are also other ways to do this, perhaps using the piecewise function.
