How can i get the points within a space defined by vectors (0,0,0), (2,4,1),(0​,0,2),(-2,​4,-1)?

I am new to matlab and need some help. I am trying to make a script that will generate points within(inside) the space whose vertices are defined. How will such a script look like? Kindly advise

Ran in:
po=[randi([-2,2]),randi([0,4]),randi([-1,2])]
po = 1×3
2 4 -1
