How to fit ODE curve using loop?

I am using the lsquarefit code to fit my set of ODEs to data in matlab. My solution graph looks like a piecewise defined function as a result I could not get the line of best fit.

I need help in how to tackle this challenge OR better still get a loop code for different intervals of the data points.
