How to extract Features from segmented nucleus? Please mention step by step procedure.

Hi,
I segmented nucleus. Now I want to extract features but don't know how to proceed. Please reply how to extract features. In my image there has many nucleus. So I have to extract features for only one nucleus or for all nucleus? I am new in MATLAB. Please reply.*

Post the image, preferably in full colour.
What stains did you use?
Is it an optical or EM image?
