in Torque control IPMSM example ,I give load as Speed (rpm).Does we measure machine actual speed?.Because load speed and measured speed in ideal rotational motion sensor are same.No delta is between them.

The load speed is the actual machine speed. By using an Ideal Angular Velocity Source, we aim to keep the machine speed constant so we can test the torque controller. It is like what is happening in a real back-to-back test rig where we have two machines, one is torque controlled and one is speed controlled. The assumption is that speed load is working perfect so we only have to worry about torque control strategy. I hope this helps.

Thanks for the answer. i am using this model to simulate the motor coupled to the vehicle environment. The vehicle control is based on torque control. I would like to understand if this method holds good to simulate the speed demand?

Yes, this is a very good way of simulating the torque control for a given speed profile.
An alternative approach would be to compute the load speed based on the vehicle dynamics and road conditions but that would slow down the simulation. An example of doing this is included in Simscape Electrical: https://www.mathworks.com/help/sps/ug/ipmsm-torque-control-in-an-axle-drive-ev.html
