I have an opposite experiece this year, I want to renew my license and they didn't wat me to pay the bill. It's a long story...

Hi Chiara,
To the best of my understanding you hold an annual term standard Individual license for MATLAB base product that you wish to not renew post the service end date.
To address the doubt, your license will automatically get revoked post the conclusion of the license term period, hence you are not required to do anything from your side.
