How to solve Finite Set MPC Problem?

I set the manipulated variable to interger. It makes this problem become a MIQP.

For my questions:

・In Optimizer.MixedIntegerOptions of the mpc object, how does it works? Is there any algorithm of this slover?

・For my mpc object, when I set MV to a continuous, the output is able to reach the reference value; however, when I set MV to discrete, the output is not well controlled. I think there are some problems of the slover options. how to setting the example number of iterations and constraints tolerance in Optimizer.MixedIntegerOptions?

・For this MIQP, is it feasuble to use Mixed Integer ga Optimization as a solver insede mpc customsolver? Will there be a conflict?
