hi, i am using FEM based linear Actuator issue. I could not measure force and position at same time.

Your force sensor is hooked up incorrectly. It is connected to two mechanical references. You need to connect it to the other side of the position sensor (the position sensor is an "open circuit" while a force sensor is a "closed circuit". I recommend searching for the free simscape onramp from mathworks to get the basics of using simscape.
