How can I get my motor & drive block to act as energy storage for my pulsed power load?

Hello,
I am attempting to model a pulsed power load that demands 30kW every second, for 0.1 seconds. With this, I am testing the effectiveness of different energy storage systems.
One of these energy storage systems is flywheel storage, which I've tried to model in the photos below - shown is the full ship system (the pre-built one from MatLab) and then my pulsed power load connected to the flywheel storage:
I need the motor & drive to charge energy for 0.9 seconds, then discharge and release 30kW for 0.1 seconds - I've tried to do this with two pulse generators that set the torque positive and negative for the respective times.
I've set the speed so that it accelerates up to 3000rpm then stays at this speed throughout.
I'm unsure on the values of torque I should use, whether I need to set the speed to negative to reverse the direction for charging / discharging, the value of inertia I should use and certain parameters for the motor & drive block.
My electronics knowledge is undeniably lacking so any help on this would be appreciated.
I have attached the Simulink file if anyone would like to test themselves if I've failed to explain clearly - I'd recommend running the pre-built 'System Level AC Drive' model first to declare required variables. This is an example system under the 'help' section for the motor & drive (system level) block.
Many thanks in advance.
