Differenece between "MATLAB for the MathWorks Certified MATLAB Associate Exam" and "MATLAB Fundamentals"

Hello everyone..!!

I just wanted to clarify a doubt regarding the self paced online courses Matalb provides

The Matlab Fundamental courses has a progress bar but it's mentioned that the course will be discontinued in March 2025 and we also get a certificate once the course is completed

While i found another learning Path "MATLAB for the MathWorks Certified MATLAB Associate Exam" Under this there is no progress bar but it says "A certificate is available when you've completed all courses". This learning path has individual courses which has a progress bar.

So will i get a certificate saying "MATLAB for the MathWorks Certified MATLAB Associate" once i complete all the individual courses under this learning Path? If im not clear i have added SS for your reference.. Hope someone can clear these doubts..

The MATLAB Fundamentals course will be discontinued as of March 13, 2025. It means new users won't be able to access this course after March 13, 2025. Since you have enrolled before, you will get a certificate after completion.

Regarding the "MATLAB for the MathWorks Certified MATLAB Associate Exam" learning path you mentioned, you will get a certificate once you have completed all the courses. These courses will help you in preparing for the "Certified MATLAB Associate" exam. There is no overall progress bar, but individual courses within this path have progress bars.

If you want to get a "Certified MATLAB Associate certificate", you will have to appear in an exam after registering here.

If you click "Learn More" in the "This course will be discontinued" banner on that course, it suggests the "Build MATLAB Proficiency" learning path to develop the basic skills in MATLAB that the "MATLAB Fundamentals" course taught.
