Error in N-channel IGBT simulating: Nonlinear solver to advance time one step failed to converge due to Linear Algebra error. Failed to solve using iteration matrix.

I want to use the nonideal model characteristics of the N-channel IGBT in Simscape to simulate junction temperature monitoring. Therefore, I built an inverter circuit based on the N-channel IGBT using components from the Simscape library.
However, when I use the N-channel IGBT from the Simscape Electrical library as the switching device in my inverter circuit, I keep encountering this issue: “ Nonlinear solver to advance time one step failed to converge due to Linear Algebra error. Failed to solve using iteration matrix.
I have tried adjusting the solver, tuning the Solver Configuration, and grounding the model, but none of these attempts have worked.
This has been preventing me from running the simulation properly. I would like to ask: Is the N-channel IGBT in Simscape not suitable for inverter circuits, or have I made a mistake somewhere? Could someone with expertise please help me with this? Thank you.

Electrical isn't my field, but the error message you got usually indicates an unphysical model topology, or unreasonable parametrizations. 99% of the time it's not the solver.
